I was checking out Search Engine Guide’s article about on-page optimization because I need to rebuild TheLocoMono Website and its’ sub-domain’s searchability. It provided a link to a free PDF, Keyword Research and Selection written by Pole Position.

In Part 1, it discussed about finding the core terms that applies to your site, or in my case, my site.

It has been a while since I have been able to post on TheLocoMono Website and my sub-domains. It is certainly a lot of work to maintain a website while making an effort to balance it with the “real world”.

A regular feature of TheLocoMono Website is my monthly report which tracks the previous three months as well as the trailing average. The trailing average represents the average for the previous three months.

With this report, I will be better able to understand how I can improve my sites to serve your needs.

Excerpts And The Plan…

Lorelle, voiced her opinion on excerpts in her post,

I believe excerpts, especially in search results, helps the reader get to the information they need faster, making them happier readers, thus I’m in favor of using excerpts on multi-post pages in all WordPress Themes, not full content views.

After reading her post on this topic, I began to realize the purpose of my website is to provide you with information, and you should be able to access the information as quickly as possible.
