Poll : Entrecards - Love ‘em or Hate ‘em or Huh?
I have seen these around the blogosphere in quite a few places so I am curious to hear from you whether you are a fan of Entrecards because it appears to be not only a networking tool but also a way to promote your blog with readers to the site your Entrecard widget is displayed on.
As a result, I added a poll to for you to voice your opinion on this new “marketing” tool.
By the way, if you have Entrecard credits available, feel free do drop one in right now and Stumbe this post so thousands of visitors can see your blog “business cards.

I kept seeing them around the Internet, all over the place in fact. I thought I’d give ti a go. As far as I can deduce so far, it’s a fairly nifty way of getting and giving some free advertising.
I’m definitely not an avid card dropper, but over the course of a week or two your credits can build up, especially if your site has content that is interesting and relevant to a certain sector of bloggers.
Still in experimenting stages at present, but so far I’m sticking with it. I did notice a slight rise in traffic, but then my bounce rate increased, so I think it’s just users dropping their card then closing the window.

That’s interesting on the bounce rate. I haven’t checked on my stats lately regarding that. I will have to take a look into it. It has been the same experience, got visitors, a slight increase in traffic, some credits but it would have to take more than just that for me to be part of the entrecard game.
