Thank Goodness It’s Banana!
Here we go again, round and round the week we go, it’s Friday and it is time for some of my picks of the week with the help of my fellow monkeys.
I found this excellent article What You Need to Know About Car Loans Arranged by a Car Dealer written over at InsiderCarBlog. I don’t even remember how I stumbled across this blog but I gave it a thumbs up. Because of this article, I won’t even consider dealer financing for a used car next year.
Blogging Away Debt has an interesting idea for the tooth fairy, What Happens When the Tooth Fairy is in Debt? $25 dollars is a little overkill but the the following comments does shine.
Us monkeys LOVE BANANAS so when I found Cash Money Life’s article on 10 Great Ways to Use Overripe Bananas, we went hopping mad. Terrific article to make the most out of your bananas.
It is good to know about SEO, It’s About What You DON’T Do by Daily Blog Tips for business purposes, after all, blogging is a form of business.
Trent’s review of the book in this article, Your Money or Your Life: Ten Sure Ways To Save Money is my classic approach to anything. I hate shopping, every time I go to a store, I have an “in and out” mentality. And I literally wear clothes to the very last hanging thread.
My Carnival Submissions
I submitted Get an Accountant/CPA to the Carnival of Mortgage and Real Estate and Festival of Under 30 Finances! this week. So I went over and checked out the other entries in these carnivals and found some I liked.
It is always good to know about your IRA contributions for the present year before tax time so you can do some advance planning with detailed information in Time To Plan for 2007 IRA Contributions written by My Wealth Builder.
Downtown San Diego 1031 Tax Exchange Basis by Gregg Neuman provided some insight into what exactly is involved with a 1031 tax exchange, a common instrument used in real estate investment properties.
Joshua Dorkin wrote up a pretty entertaining article about House Flipping Reality TV Shows: Good or Bad for Newbie Investors and Flippers? I enjoy watching these shows from time to time so it was nice to see an article discussing the pros and cons.
