Two Wise Acres writes about 7 Easy Tips to Lower Your Vacancy Rate. Simple things really works for the rental property owner in the long run.  I can see how this is true considering the rental agreements I have signed in the past such as the 18 month lease for $50 off per month.

The 8 Easy Steps to Get Started in Real Estate  Kind of weak for me but neverless EASY is the key word here.

Best Home Selling Tips writes about Pre-Qualified And Pre-Approved Letter - Which One You Should Ask For? A wee bit of a long headline with too many hyphens but neverless a good informative article.

St. Paul Real Estate Blog explains about Short Sales are Becoming more Common, what are they?  Very nice and clean, yet simple explanation of short sales.  This knowledge will come in handy when looking at properties.

Debt Free talks about Hire a Lawyer for Your Real Estate Transactions or Pay the Price where his neighbor’s property with an adjoining vacant lot was listed as a package deal at a 20K discount.
