While reading Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing: What the Rich Invest in, That the Poor and the Middle Class Do Not!, I came across what he views as the two most important questions to ask before investing. 

I wanted to post it here so that you and I can remember these questions when talking about investing in future posts.

1. How LONG before I get my money back?
2. How long will I continue to RECIEVE an income after I get my money back?

The second question is probably not word for word since I do not have the book with me but the concept is there.  In the meantime, I had to wonder what would be other important questions to ask before I invest, regardless of what vehicle it may be.  I thought I would post the question to you.
